An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nursery Manager to join our established nursery in London. This is a maternity cover role with strong potential to become permanent.

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the nursery, delivering high-quality childcare and early years education in line with Ofsted standards. You will lead staff development, oversee safeguarding, ensure compliance with EYFS and health & safety, and manage budgets and resources effectively.

GREAT Salary:

50,000-60,000 + Bonus(DOE)

Hours

: 40 hrs per week, 5 days (Shifts between 7:30am-6pm)

Requirements:

Level 3+ qualification in Childcare 2+ years' experience as a Nursery Manager Proven success in Ofsted inspections (Good or Outstanding) Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS framework
