Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and management, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and the community.

Duties

Ready to hit the ground running in the daily management of the setting, ensuring that all company policies and procedures are met and exceeded. Manage the overall operations of the nursery, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with regulations. Lead and mentor a team of childcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and education for children. Maintain effective communication with staff and parents Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to health and safety standards. Liaise with external agencies as necessary to support children's needs.

Skills

Proven management experience in a nursery or similar setting. Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate staff. Experience working with children in a childcare or educational environment. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to drive is advantageous for transporting children or materials as needed.
