About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional, experienced Nursery Manager with the confidence and capability to lead a large team in a highly successful setting. The ideal candidate will be warm, strong, respectful, and able to inspire genuine respect from their team. We are searching for someone who brings passion, professionalism, and heart into everything they do.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operations of a large nursery setting. Provide strong guidance, support, and leadership to staff. Maintain outstanding safeguarding, compliance, and quality standards. Build positive and professional relationships with children, staff, and families. Promote a culture of kindness, respect, and excellence.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing a medium-to-large nursery. Strong leadership and communication skills. A warm, supportive manager who genuinely loves early years. Excellent understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.
