We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Nursery Manager

to lead a well-established early years setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality early years education and care. You'll play a vital role in shaping the nursery's success by guiding your team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating an environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Your Role



As Nursery Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational and educational performance of the nursery. You will ensure the smooth running of the setting on a daily basis, lead and support staff, and uphold the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and learning outcomes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities



Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment Lead, supervise, and support a team of early years professionals to deliver outstanding childcare Oversee planning and curriculum delivery in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Promote a culture of inclusion, safety, and wellbeing for all children and staff Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and professional development Monitor enrolment levels and assist with financial and resource planning Build strong, trusting relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals Ensure the nursery meets all Ofsted and regulatory compliance requirements

What We're Looking For



A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or higher preferred) Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a nursery or early years setting Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding legislation, and statutory requirements Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills A child-centred approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and best practice

Pay: Up to 48,000.00 per year
