About the Role



As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational and educational performance of the nursery. Your role will involve leading the team, maintaining a culture of quality and inclusion, and ensuring children benefit from a safe, inspiring environment in which to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, effective and compliant setting Lead, mentor and support a team of early years practitioners to deliver outstanding care and learning Ensure planning and curriculum delivery align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Promote a positive, inclusive environment that supports the wellbeing of all children and staff Manage staff recruitment, inductions, performance reviews and ongoing training Support occupancy growth and contribute to financial and resource planning Build strong relationships with parents, carers and external agencies Ensure full compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and statutory requirements

About You



We're looking for a proactive and inspiring leader who can bring out the best in their team while maintaining the highest levels of care and education. The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above preferred) Previous experience in a nursery leadership or management role Strong working knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding legislation, and health & safety Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills A child-centred approach and commitment to best practice and continuous improvement Eligibility to work in the UK

Pay: Up to 48,000.00 per year
