We are currently recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing early years provider for an experienced and motivated

Nursery Manager

About the Role:

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and daily operations of the setting. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of care, supporting your team, and creating a nurturing and inspiring environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safeguarding standards. Lead, develop, and motivate a team of childcare professionals to deliver outstanding care and education. Design and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to children's developmental needs. Build strong partnerships with parents, keeping them informed and involved in their child's progress. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment that encourages learning and exploration. Keep accurate records in line with statutory and organisational policies. Collaborate with local services to enhance the support and opportunities offered to families.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication abilities in English - both written and verbal. A deep passion for working with young children and fostering their development. A proactive approach to improving standards and operations. Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education or Childcare (Level 3 or higher preferred).

Pay: 37,500.00-42,500.00 per year
