Lead a thriving private nursery in a beautiful 35-acre independent school setting. We're seeking an experienced, passionate leader to inspire a team of Nursery Officers and deliver outstanding early years education. You'll ensure high-quality care aligned with EYFS and Birth to Five Matters, promote inclusive practice, and champion outdoor, play-based learning. Responsibilities include curriculum planning, safeguarding, staff development, and parent partnerships.
Requirements: Level 3+ Early Years qualification, 2+ years in a leadership role, strong EYFS knowledge, and a commitment to excellence and child welfare.
