About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and values-led Nursery Manager who can confidently lead our team and setting. The successful candidate will bring a strong balance of strategic and operational values led leadership, a passion for creative early years practice, and a deep commitment to nurturing an inclusive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consistent, visible and values-led leadership
Embed child-led, inclusive learning across the setting
Lead Ofsted readiness and quality assurance processes
Oversee safeguarding and all compliance duties
Manage recruitment, supervision and team development
Monitor occupancy and manage nursery budgets
Maintain accurate and timely administrative systems
Build strong, flexible partnerships with families in film and TV
What We Are Looking For
Substantial nursery management or senior leadership experience
Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, Ofsted and quality frameworks
Confidence in budgeting, occupancy tracking and compliance
Experience in team leadership, supervision and recruitment
A clear commitment to inclusion, creativity and ethical practice
Familiarity with flexible provision and family support
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to support a team through leadership change and growth
