Your Role as Nursery Manager

Lead the setup, daily operations, and overall management of the nursery Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team Ensure exceptional delivery of the

EYFS curriculum

Maintain high standards for

safeguarding

, health, and safety Build strong partnerships with parents, staff, and the local community Drive the nursery toward an

'Outstanding' Ofsted rating

What We're Looking For

Level 3 or above

in Childcare/Early Years Education (full and relevant) Proven leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting In-depth knowledge of

EYFS

and

Ofsted requirements

Strong organisational and communication skills Passionate about early years development and child-centred learning Commitment to safeguarding and equality in childcare Eligible to work in the UK
