What You'll Be Doing:
As Nursery Manager, you will:
Lead and manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for all children.
Inspire and develop your team to deliver outstanding care and high-quality early years education.
Act as the
Designated Safeguarding Lead
, ensuring robust safeguarding practices and child protection procedures.
Drive recruitment, retention, and team performance through engaging leadership and supportive mentoring.
Work closely with our Regional and Finance teams to implement commercial strategies that support growth and sustainability.
Build strong, positive relationships with parents, staff, local authorities, and the wider community.
Embed inclusive practices that meet the diverse needs of all children, including those with SEND.
Uphold and enhance the nursery's standards through regular quality assurance, continuous improvement, and compliance with EYFS and Ofsted regulations.
What We're Looking For:
Full and relevant Level 3 or above
Early Years qualification.
Minimum
GCSE Grade C in Maths and English
Previous experience in a senior Early Years role (Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, or similar).
Proven ability to lead teams to
'Good' or 'Outstanding'
Ofsted outcomes.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and build cohesive teams.
Deep understanding of safeguarding, EYFS framework, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and education.
