What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire a team of early years professionals Ensure the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff Oversee daily operations, staffing, and compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements Drive continuous improvement and maintain a positive, professional culture

What We're Looking For:

A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an early years setting Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills A passion for early years education and child development A commitment to supporting your team and helping them grow
