The Role:

As

Nursery Manager

, you'll play a pivotal leadership role in our dedicated and energetic team. You'll be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with

Ofsted and safeguarding standards

.

You'll work closely with the Director, Business Administrator, and Deputy Manager to provide strong, values-led leadership, while having the autonomy to shape and grow the role in your own way.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of early years professionals Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements Manage rotas, staffing, and daily operations effectively Foster strong, respectful relationships with parents and carers Promote an inclusive, stimulating, and safe learning environment Support and monitor children's development from early learning through to school readiness Champion the nursery's ethos of collaboration, community, and care

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above preferred) Proven experience in a leadership/managerial role within early years In-depth knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding Strong interpersonal and team-building skills A nurturing, proactive, and flexible approach
