Little House Nursery, a nurturing and well-established setting in Wimbledon and Hammersmith, is looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our vibrant team and support the development of young minds in a warm, homely environment.

The Role:

As Nursery Manager, you will:

Lead and inspire a passionate team of early years educators Ensure the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery with a focus on quality and compliance Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ preferred) At least 2 years of nursery management or deputy experience Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills A warm, nurturing approach and a genuine love for early years education
