Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Lead and inspire our team of childcare professionals, fostering a supportive and friendly environment. Maintain regular communication with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns. Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment where children can learn and explore Supervise staff training and professional development to uphold high standards of care and education. Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead and Special Educational Needs Coordinator (Senco) for the nursery.
Requirements

A solid background in nursery management is essential. Strong leadership skills, with a talent for effective team management. Understanding of early childhood education principles and practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their development. The ability to implement initiatives that improve nursery operations and childcare quality. A relevant qualification in childcare or early childhood education.
