Nursery Manager - Amelia House Nursery

We are looking for a dedicated and inspiring Nursery Manager to help lead our vibrant new nursery. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the culture of a newly opened setting, support a passionate team, and ensure every child receives the very best start in life.

Your Role:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery with the support of the Deputy Managers Work closely with the Deputies and Room Leaders to develop and improve our childcare practice. Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding care and education in line with our enhanced curriculum. Ensure compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and EYFS requirements. Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community. Monitor learning, development, and staff practice to ensure high standards across the nursery.
What We Are Looking For:

Level 3 (or above) Childcare qualification. Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements. Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within Early Years. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. Passion for providing the very best care and education to children.
