About the Role

As Nursery Manager, you'll be at the forefront of day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence in practice, compliance, and team development. You'll inspire your staff, maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment, and lead with confidence to uphold our Outstanding standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of early years practitioners Ensuring effective and engaging delivery of the

EYFS curriculum

Overseeing all aspects of nursery operations: rotas, budgeting, health & safety, and compliance Creating a warm, inclusive, and enriching environment for children aged 0-5 Building meaningful relationships with parents, carers, and the local community Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development initiatives Driving continuous improvement and preparing for

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a professional who is committed to excellence in early years and confident in leading a team.

Essential:

A

full and relevant Level 3 or above

qualification in Early Years or Childcare Proven experience in a nursery leadership or management role Strong knowledge of the

EYFS

, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills A flexible, proactive mindset and a genuine passion for child-centred education The right to work in the UK
