About the Role
As Nursery Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery and ensure high standards of care, education, and compliance. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, manage operational and financial performance, and build strong relationships with families and the wider community.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring the delivery of a rich, engaging curriculum that supports children's learning and development
Leading and supporting staff, including recruitment, supervision, and professional development
Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
Managing nursery budgets, staffing, health and safety, and regulatory requirements
Building strong partnerships with parents and carers

About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:
A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
Previous experience in a nursery management or senior leadership role
Strong team leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop others
A sound understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and health & safety regulations
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
The right to work in the UK
