Your Role:

Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding early years education and care Ensure a high-quality environment with stimulating and age-appropriate activities Manage nursery administration (children's records, inventories, staff files, ordering resources) Ensure compliance with EYFS and all regulatory requirements Support regulatory inspections and implement improvements where needed Agree and deliver occupancy targets Recruit, induct, train, and appraise staff to maintain excellent practice Build positive, professional relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community
About You:

Level 3 or above childcare qualification (or equivalent) Previous experience in a

senior or managerial role

within a nursery/early years setting Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements Excellent organisational and leadership skills Positive, proactive, and supportive approach to team management and family engagement
