Nursery Manager | NW London | 35,000-45,000 | Lead a New Nursery

Iqra Education is launching a brand-new nursery in North West London for children aged 0-5 years. We're looking for a passionate, experienced Nursery Manager to lead this exciting setting from day one -- including setup, Ofsted registration, team recruitment, and daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead setup of a new nursery, including Ofsted registration, compliance, and policies Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of early years practitioners Plan and deliver a high-quality EYFS curriculum Ensure exceptional standards of care, safety, hygiene, and safeguarding Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community Manage staff rotas, budgets, resources, and daily operations Maintain accurate records in line with regulations and internal policies Promote an inclusive, engaging, and nurturing environment

Requirements:

Level 3 or above in Early Years Education (Level 5 preferred) Minimum 2 years' experience as Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted frameworks Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Passion for child development and early years education Ability to commute reliably to NW2, London UK work authorisation required Driving licence desirable
