What You Will Be Doing?

As Nursery Manager you will lead an exceptional nursery, ensuring it is a safe, inspiring and high-quality learning environment. You will have the freedom to focus on leadership and development with strong central support for admin and compliance.

Educational excellence - implement their award-winning curriculum that sets children up for success

Team leadership - inspire, mentor and develop a dedicated team

What Are They Looking For?

They are seeking a confident, inspirational leader who is committed to high-quality early years education.

You will ideally bring -

Management or leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting

A Level 3 qualification (or above) in early years education

Knowledge of safeguarding, regulations and curriculum development

A proven track record of team leadership, operational excellence and achieving outcomes

Strong organisational, communication and strategic-thinking skills
