Are you a passionate and experienced childcare professional looking to lead and inspire a dedicated team?
We're looking for an ambitious and inspiring Nursery Manager to take the lead at our brand-new setting - a rare chance to shape a nursery from the ground up.
This is your opportunity to build a strong, nurturing, and high-quality environment where children, families, and staff can thrive. You'll play a key role in setting the culture, leading your team, and embedding excellent standards of care, education, and compliance from day one.
If you're a confident leader with a clear vision and a passion for early years, this is your chance to make a meaningful mark and grow something special right from the start.
About Us:
We are part of a well-established and growing group of nurseries, known for our commitment to high-quality early years education and care. Across all of our settings, we create safe, nurturing, and inspiring environments where children can explore, learn, and grow with confidence.
Our team is passionate about putting children at the heart of everything we do. We value strong leadership, continuous development, and building positive relationships with families and communities.
This new setting marks an exciting chapter for us - and we're looking for a leader who shares our ambition, high standards, and child-first ethos to help bring it to life.
The Role:
As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and day-to-day running of our brand-new setting. Your leadership will set the tone - creating a positive, professional culture where staff are supported, children are well-cared for, and excellence is the norm.
