About us

Woodland House Group currently operates as Four Ofsted 'Outstanding'/ 'Good' Early Years settings in Bromsgrove and Redditch.

About you

You will have experience of managing an Early Years setting, together with strong leadership and communication skills. You will posses excellent management skills and a clear understanding of child protection, early years care and education issues.

You will have a warm and positive approach with lots of creative ideas and a proven track record in knowing how to successfully manage staff teams; to provide a happy, safe, relaxed and stimulating atmosphere in which our children receive a high standard of care and education, enabling them to reach their full potential.

You need:

Minimum: Level 3 in Childcare Qualification At least 2 years experience of managing an Early Years setting
