Nursery Manager -- Eco Babe Private Day Nursery, Sale

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, inspiring and ambitious Nursery Manager to join Eco Babe Private Day Nursery, an established and thriving early years setting in the heart of Sale that has recently expanded into its second building.

Eco Babe is known for its thoughtfully designed spaces, immersive environments and a strong focus on quality, care and creativity. Following our expansion, we now offer a truly exceptional nursery experience -- with dedicated sensory classrooms, a 480 sq ft library, interactive learning spaces and beautifully curated environments across both buildings.

As we move into this next chapter, we're looking for a Nursery Manager who can lead outstanding practice, motivate an experienced team and uphold the exceptionally high standards our families know and love.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of the nursery across both sites, supported by an additional 3 members of the management team, ensuring every child receives the highest standard of care and education. You'll work closely with our Directors, Lydia and Jess, to drive quality, inspire your team and bring fresh ideas that support our continuous development.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone truly special -- a confident leader with significant experience in early years management who can bring both passion and precision to their work.

Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5/6 preferred)

Have proven experience managing or deputising in a large, high-quality setting

Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted expectations and safeguarding

Be an inspiring and supportive leader, capable of developing and empowering your team

Bring strong organisational and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
