Brilliant Nursery Manager sought for exceptional year-round setting in our lovely Prep School.

Beginnings make all the difference to a child. At Elmhurst we are committed to making all young people's beginnings brilliant and this begins with our youngest nursery learners. Having recently expanded our Nursery to take babies from 6 months old, we are looking for an exceptional leader to lead and manage the Nursery, continuing to build our roll and the school pipeline. The nursery is the first cornerstone of an Elmhurst education.

Working closely with the Head of the School, you will be joining an incredible school with a history reaching back over 150 years and a staff team who are committed to delivering an outstanding education.

The new nursery is in a standalone building adjacent to the school site and benefits from brand new equipment and facilities. Situated in the heart of South Croydon, the nursery enjoys excellent bus and train links with South Croydon directly behind the school. There is also a sizable car park.

About the person:

A confident leader Understand and value the benefits of independent education To be passionate, inspiring and work effectively within a team (both Nursery and the wider school) Must have experience in Nursery Leadership and we will consider candidates ready to take on their first lead position. Minimum Level 3 childcare and education qualifications or equivalent is essential. Paediatric First Aid Full time, all year round 25 days holiday

Pay: Up to 45,000.00 per year
