Nellys Nursery has been at the heart of the local community for over 20 years and remains a leading early years setting providing unrivalled care & education. With the recent expansion of the setting to almost a doubling in size and headcount there is a need to strengthen the management team with an experienced Deputy/Manager who can demonstrate a proven ability in delivering outstanding operational and academic results.

As Deputy Manager/Nursery Manager you will lead the delivery of our curriculum & pedagogy with the support of the Nursery Head, Deputy Manager along with the guidance of the Area Manager & Head of Education. The growth of the setting demands the recruitment of new Educators & Practitioners as spaces have filled fast so a focus on developing and nurturing organic growth alongside spotting new talent is very much part of this lead role.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to 50,000.00 per year
