Nursery Manager

Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a high standard of childcare.
? Manage and support a team of staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
? Maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and carers to ensure a welcoming, inclusive setting.
? Monitor and enhance the quality of provision, ensuring policies, procedures, and best practices are upheld.
? Take responsibility for financial management, occupancy levels, and meeting set targets.
? Lead on planning and organising engaging daily activities that promote child development.
? Be responsible for key children, including observations, assessments, and individual learning plans.
? Ensure a safe, clean, and high-quality environment that meets all health and safety requirements.
? Liaise with external agencies and professionals as needed to support children's development.
? Support staff development through training and performance monitoring.
What We're Looking For:
? A
passionate, dedicated, and experienced
childcare professional.
? Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a nursery or early years setting.
? A commitment to maintaining high standards of care and education.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, staff, and parents.
? A
Level 3 (or higher) qualification
in Early Years Education or a related field.
