to lead this exciting new setting.

About Dingley's Promise



Since 1983, Dingley's Promise has been at the forefront of inclusive early years education, supporting children aged 0-5 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We currently operate five successful centres across the UK, offering a combination of specialist nursery provision, family support, and expert guidance for mainstream settings. The Tidworth nursery will be our sixth and newest site--marking a significant step forward in our mission to achieve inclusion for every child.

The Role: Nursery Manager



As Nursery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading the new setting. You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:



Leadership & Management:

Lead, support, and develop a skilled and compassionate team to deliver outstanding, play-based learning.

Operational Oversight:

Oversee all aspects of nursery operations, including budgeting, staffing, health & safety, and compliance with Ofsted and other regulatory frameworks.

Safeguarding & SEND Excellence:

Ensure best practice in safeguarding and provide an environment tailored to the individual needs of children with SEND.

Family & Community Engagement:

Build strong, collaborative relationships with families, professionals, and community partners.

Holiday Playschemes:

Coordinate and deliver nine playschemes annually during school holidays.

What We're Looking For



Essential:

A minimum of a Level 3 childcare qualification (DfE recognised) Proven leadership experience in early years or SEND-focused settings A strong commitment to inclusion and a genuine passion for supporting children with SEND

Desirable:

Advanced qualifications or training in SEND
