Leap Ahead Ulceby

is a beautiful, rural nursery located in a small courtyard of commercial premises in a beautiful barn conversion fully restored providing 37 places for children under school age.

We are looking for a driven, motivated Manager who will embed the company's ethos around providing a high quality, child-led approach to early years childcare & education, where holistic opportunities are given for children to develop a lifelong love of learning around the companies educational programme.

The ideal candidate will already have proven experience in running a childcare facility, be capable of following established policies & procedures, working alongside an experience Senior Management team.

However, the company feels this could also be an ideal opportunity for a current deputy to take that jump into managing their own setting, due to the company's development & training programme. We will be more than happy to have an informal chat with anyone interested in progressing in their Early Years career.

Safeguarding experience is essential as well as a knowledge of SEN & Health & Safety. A proven desire to promote teamwork within the Leap Ahead 'family', embed a sustainability ethos & a sense of community with everyone who uses the nursery.

This position can be based on a min of 35 hours per week & is an all year round position.

Salary posted is based on 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year.

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO OFSTED REQUIREMENTS, MANAGERS MUST HAVE A GCSE OR EQUIVALENT IN MATHS.

Pay: 29,848.00-31,000.00 per year
