On behalf of our client, a highly respected and well-established nursery, Sapphire Rey Childcare Crew is seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Manager to lead their thriving early years setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the nursery in achieving and maintaining the highest standards of care and education Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with Ofsted regulations Implement and monitor the EYFS framework to ensure a rich, stimulating learning environment Drive staff development, mentoring, and performance management Foster positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education (Degree or Level 5 desirable) Proven management or senior leadership experience in an early years setting Excellent understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills A proactive, professional, and approachable manner
