We're partnering with a well-established nursery in Winchmore Hill to recruit a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager!

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all aspects of nursery operations--including developmental, financial, and administrative functions. Your initial focus will be on driving business growth, building a strong customer base, and establishing a vibrant presence in the local community.

About the Nursery

This 50-place nursery boasts a spacious garden and is spread across two floors, featuring large, newly refurbished rooms designed to inspire learning and play.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare (NNEB or equivalent); Level 6 in Early Years is a strong advantage Proven management experience in a nursery setting Full budget management capabilities Deep understanding of the EYFS framework A strong, demonstrable passion for childcare and early education
