Nursery Manager

Salary: From 46,000 per annum (DOE)

Are you a dynamic and experienced childcare professional ready to lead a high-quality early years setting? We're looking for a passionate Nursery Manager to join our well-established nursery, where excellence, warmth, and creativity shape everything we do.

About the Role:

As Nursery Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding early years education in line with the EYFS framework, ensuring that every child feels valued, supported, and inspired. You'll manage the day-to-day running of the nursery, providing strong leadership, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive, child-centred environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee the smooth running of the nursery and ensure all regulatory standards are met Lead, support, and develop the staff team Drive high-quality practice that promotes children's development and wellbeing Build strong relationships with families, the local community, and external agencies Manage budgets, recruitment, and administrative duties effectively Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections
What We're Looking For:

Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education (essential) Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior nursery role (e.g., Deputy or Manager) Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Sound knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety, and early years regulations A warm, professional, and child-focused approach
