Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our Pre School Room. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to fostering a nurturing learning environment. As a Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our pre school children and supporting their development.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the pre school room, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Lead, monitor and support early years practitioners in the pre school room to create a positive working environment. Develop and implement educational programmes that cater to the needs of children 3-5 years. communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress and any concerns. Plan activities that promote communication, physical and social and emotional development. Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in nursery practices and standards.

Qualifications and skills

The ideal candidate will hold a

QTS, EYTS or EYPS

qualification. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of nursery practitioner's. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their development. Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with educational practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.70-14.35 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
