Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all children. Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Skills

Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to manage classroom dynamics with patience and understanding. Experience in early childhood education or working with children in a Nursery setting. Leadership qualities to guide and inspire young learners. A genuine passion for childcare and the development of young minds. Ability to drive initiatives that promote children's learning and well-being.
