We are working with a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Nursing Home Manager for a nursing-led service in the Northallerton area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, people-focused leader to take full operational responsibility for a nursing home, ensuring high-quality, safe, and person-centred care while driving performance across clinical standards, compliance, and team development.
About the role:
Overall management of the nursing home, including clinical governance, compliance, and quality outcomes
Leading, supporting, and developing nursing and care teams
Ensuring safe staffing, effective rota management, and strong clinical oversight
Maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
Preparing for and leading regulatory inspections
About you:
Ideally a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC pin
Alternatively, a highly experienced Nursing Home Manager with a strong track record in nursing-led services
Proven experience managing nursing homes with good or improving inspection outcomes
Confident leader with strong clinical knowledge and commercial awareness
Passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-focused care
