We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and organised team player to join us as a Home Manager at Avebury House.

About you
As the Nursing Home Manager, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) or Registered Manager (RM).
This senior role calls for a blend of compassion, resilience and exceptional management skills. You should have a forward-thinking approach and the confidence to communicate with and inspire colleagues at all levels. Meanwhile, your proven track record in running a commercially successful, Good or Outstanding CQC-rated care home will be complemented by your commitment to deliver first-class care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead all care home staff including Health Care Assistants, Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.
Train, schedule and supervise care home personnel to maintain proper staffing levels.
Develop and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
Ensure the care home adheres to regulations set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Manage budgets, finances, supplies and facility maintenance within allocated budget.
Maintain open communication with residents, families, staff and other stakeholders.
Uphold the care home's core values of dignity, respect and quality of life for residents.
Handle administrative duties like documentation, reporting, audits, etc.
