Salary:

NJC Grade G, 28,163-30,060 (DOE) FTE

Actual Salary:

20,295 - 21,662 (DOE) pro rata

Contract:

Permanent - Part Time - Monday, Wednesday and Friday 08.30 to 3.30, Tuesday, Thursday, 08.30 to 4.00. Each day 20 min unpaid break, 40 min unpaid lunch.

Job Overview



We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team at Kingsbury Green Academy. This role is designed to provide tailored support to a group of secondary-aged students with high needs, including those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and other complex learning needs.

As an HLTA, you will work closely with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO), the Nurture Room Lead, teachers, and external professionals to deliver individualised interventions, promote inclusive learning, and support students in achieving their full potential.

11-18 Academy situated in a beautiful location of Tidworth, which is on the outskirts of Salisbury in Wiltshire.
