Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated occasional Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Take orders accurately accommodating dietary requirements when necessary. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Handle customer enquiries with professionalism. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude is key. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail, ensuring high standards of service are consistently met. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and jweekends as needed. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.30 per hour
