Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and friendly team player to join our team at our head office.

The company is incredibly service oriented and the customer is consistently the priority for everyone throughout the business.

Main role is to manage customers enquiries, book and manage technicians, manage stock levels, produce certificates, Invoicing, general office duties and be willing to train as a technician to carry out occasional medicals and cover emergency technician work.

Good understanding of GDPR, confidentiality and Data privacy

Proactive approach to work

Organised with a very good attention to detail

Ability to work on your own initiative as well as a team

Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Good knowledge of IT packages - Word, Excel and Outlook

Full UK Driving Licence and comfortable with driving

Key Responsivities:

Receive and deal with enquiries, telephone calls and emails

Provide administrative support to the Team

Maintain administrative documents, manual and computerised filing systems

Prepare correspondence, reports and maintain and develop filing and other systems

Processing of results and records and producing certificates

Invoicing and taking payments

Stock levels

Maintain policies and procedures

Emergency technician cover

Manage vehicle fleet

Familiarity with EHS practices and principles. Ability to conduct training sessions effectively for diverse groups. Strong analytical skills for conducting root cause analysis. Certification in occupational health or related field is a plus. This position requires a proactive approach to employee wellness and safety, ensuring a healthy work environment that complies with all relevant regulations.

Pay: 27,000.00-28,000.00 per year
