Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Occupational Health Advisor / Nurse who is

experienced in this speciality

to join our successful team. Flex is a small quality driven OH provider, who due to increasing demand is looking to expand their close knit team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a a strong desire to develop their knowledge and skills further. We are also open to applications from less experienced OHA's / nurses who wish to progress within a very supportive team environment.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive management referrals, complex case and absence management, writing concise and accurate reports. Max 6 referrals per day. These will predominantly be undertaken from your home but occasional referrals on client sites work may be required. Fit-to-work assessments Oversee and review of OHT work/escalations Maintain accurate records of employee health data in compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

Current NMC registration Experience as an occupational health advisor / nurse is required Strong skills in report writing to communicate findings effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with employees and clients at all levels. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently, as part of a team and flexibly. Proficient in using computers and programs such as Word and Excel Full UK driving licence

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
