Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and reliable
Office & Course Coordinator
to join our London team.
This dual-role position combines weekday
administrative and academic support
for our Level 7 qualification programme with weekend
course coordination
during live aesthetic training sessions.
The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, efficient communication across departments, and seamless delivery of weekend courses for delegates and trainers.
Support the Level 7 qualification team with delegate queries, enrollments, and documentation.
Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and updating student records.
Prepare course materials, certificates, and training documentation, in preperation for the weekend.
Manage emails and phone enquiries professionally.
Assist management with scheduling, bookings, and internal communication between trainers and staff.
Attend Derma Institute training courses to support trainers and delegates.
Set up venues, ensure models are prepared, and manage on-site logistics.
Act as the main point of contact during training days.
Ensure all forms, registers, and stock records are completed accurately and reported to management.
Represent the Derma Institute brand with professionalism and excellent client service.
Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in
office administration

Confident communicator with professional phone and email etiquette.
