We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, with excellent organisational and communication skills. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, filing documents, and responding to customer inquiries. The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain office supplies and equipment, as well as manage office finances.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
Organise and maintain filing systems.
Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 14,504.54-28,284.90 per week
