The Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining an efficient office environment and providing excellent support to both staff and clients.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised workspace.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documents using Microsoft Suite applications.
Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative functions.
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in computerised office systems, particularly Microsoft Suite and QuickBooks.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
