Admin / Bookkeeper
to support our expanding operations team.
The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin / Bookkeeper with strong experience in
construction admin
,
CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)
, and
Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint)
. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping, supporting our operations team, preparing applications for payment, and ensuring smooth back-office processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records using cloud-based systems
Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment applications
Reconcile accounts, manage CIS deductions, and liaise with contractors/subcontractors
Submit CIS returns and prepare monthly statements
Support tender submissions and track applications
Maintain and organize digital files via
Microsoft SharePoint
Communicate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams confidently and professionally
Provide general administrative support including emails, scheduling, document formatting, etc.
Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
? Strong knowledge of
CIS
, invoicing, and payment applications
? Confident using
Microsoft 365
, especially SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook
? Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
? Great communication skills - bubbly, confident, and approachable
? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
? Experience with Xero or similar cloud-based accounting software (preferred)
