Fantastic full-time opportunity to join a growing and exciting broker in the international insurance solutions field. We would also consider part-time for a minimum of 3-4 days per week.
Key Duties:
- Successfully process insurance new client onboarding, contract amendments and new business enquiries and provide a first-class service to clients by fulfilling their insurance requirements.
- Support and technical assistance to Account Executives
- Provide claims assistance, including assessing claims for coverage.
- Handle day to day queries from clients and act as point of contact.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers and colleagues.
- Liaise with colleagues to share information about the current insurance marketplace, and to assist them with any insurance queries.
- Provide insurers and underwriters with accurate information to ensure they can assess each risk correctly.
- Maintain accurate files and to ensure copies of correspondence are correctly recorded.
- Provide the Operations Manager & Directors with administration support.
Skills Required:
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good IT knowledge to include competent use of Microsoft Office suite.
- Gather and analyse information for the client and resolve problems.
- Demonstrating a client focussed approach.
Second Language capabilities would be a bonus
- Identify and respond appropriately to an individual client's level of understanding.
Please note that the annual salary advertised (24k - 26k) is for a full-time position.
