Duties



Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for staff members Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and expense tracking Handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-maintained to promote productivity

Requirements



Proven office experience with strong organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous Excellent typing speed and data entry skills with high accuracy levels Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette Previous clerical or administrative experience is preferred Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good organisational skills with attention to detail Basic computer skills including familiarity with data management systems

Pay: 23,900.00-26,692.97 per year
