We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients. Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate administrative activities to ensure efficient office operations
Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct inquiries appropriately
Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, familiar with Sage an advantage
Organise schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff and management
Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation with high attention to detail
Assist in invoicing, billing, and financial record management using Sage
Support the team with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and mailing
Ensure the office environment remains organised, clean, and welcoming
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Knowledge of Social Media management for the Company posts.
Qualifications
Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with Sage or similar accounting software is desirable
Excellent typing speed and data entry skills with high accuracy
Strong administrative background with previous clerical experience preferred
Good phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and also as part of a Team
