We are looking for a presentable and proactive individual with a can-do attitude to join our busy team in our Bath office.
Full experience is not necessary as we are prepared to offer in house training to the right candidate.
The successful applicant will demonstrate knowledge/experience in most areas and be adaptable, have organisational skills and be able to work as a member of a team and manage their own workload. A working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel are essential.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Maintaining HR and training records
New staff inductions
Travel Arrangements (including international travel) - booking taxis, flights, hire cars, hotels, organising visa applications
Assisting project leaders with general admin duties including bid/tender submissions
Processing holiday requests
Health & Safety checks & maintaining records
Ensuring staff are completing regular H&S training
Some finance tasks - eg petty cash, reconciling credit card statements, entering purchase invoices
Updating company website
Ordering of office supplies
Organising Staff events - Annual office trip, Xmas meal etc
Dealing with general housekeeping issues - minor maintenance issues/liaising with cleaners/ maintaining tidiness in the office etc
Organising refreshments for visitors and meetings
Archiving
Generally any tasks required to keep the office running smoothly
The job is busy and variable with no two days being the same.
