A great opportunity to join an Independent Financial Advice Practice as an Administrator has recently become available. We are looking to recruit an individual with exceptional customer service skills, good work ethic, good keyboard literacy and ability to think on your feet.
Key skills and responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
Acting as the first 'port of call' with any queries that may come into the branch.
Ensuring timely, accurate and appropriate responses to telephone calls/enquiries or correspondence from clients, lenders or solicitors
Liaising with IFA's, keeping them updated with progress of specific cases and dealing with any queries arising
Liaising with the Admin Team supervisor, providers and insurance companies
Working to agreed practices and SLAs
Inputting, updating and maintaining client data so that systems and files accurately reflecting current position at all times
Ensuring highest integrity of written correspondence and documents being sent to clients and providers
Maintaining and reconciling income payments
Meet and Great clients as they arrive
Maintain office standards throughout the day
Monitor and take responsibility for incoming and outgoing post
