Office Administrative Assistant
to support our team and director. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys handling a variety of administrative tasks and helping a busy team run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Work with
QuickBooks
to assist with invoices, payments, and basic financial tracking.
Coordinate and schedule meetings for the director and team members.
Prepare reports and presentations as required.
Manage communications with clients, suppliers, and staff.
Assist the director with day-to-day administrative tasks and project coordination.
Source and order materials needed for projects, ensuring availability and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records and ensure the office runs efficiently.
Qualifications
Proficiency in
QuickBooks
and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in a trade, electrical, or construction office is a plus (not essential).
GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths (desirable).
