Key Responsibilities
Collecting, filing, and organising receipts and invoices
Assisting with basic bank reconciliations (using Xero)
Managing company and vehicle insurance documents
Purchasing construction materials and researching prices/suppliers
Checking and organising workshop stock
Supporting site staff with information and materials
Visiting sites to take photos, complete checklists, and update calendars
Cataloguing project photos and videos
Updating company social media feeds
General administrative support for directors
Desirable Skills
Google SketchUp or interior design software experience
Experience in construction, interiors, or bookkeeping (not essential)
Good English, strong organisation, and confident with computers
Driving licence is a plus
